Partnering with Carlsberg Sweden to deliver improved maintenance and environmental performance
Carlsberg Sverige (Carlsberg Sweden) is part of international Carlsberg Group (Carlsberg Breweries). In Sweden, the brewery company manages strong global brands like Carlsberg and Pepsi, and locally strong brands like Ramlösa and Pripps Blå.
Carlsberg wanted to facilitate and improve maintenance at their key brewery based in Falkenberg, South Sweden.
The new facilities had optimised use of energy and water, and wanted to improve other areas, such as consumption and waste in the washroom, to improve environmental performance even further.
Tork helped Carlsberg to identify cleaning staff and employee needs and behaviour through study of factory operations. Tork ensured that the right number of dispensers was strategically placed to meet hygiene needs. Carlsberg changed the quality of the paper in the factory which improved performance as well as reduced waste and consumption.
