State-of-the-art solutions set amongst the Austrian Alps
Health care facilities always set the highest standard of hygiene, and the Reha Münster Zenter is no exception. Alongside the mountains of the Austrian Alps lies the brand new 36-million-euro rehabilitation clinic, which aims to set new standards within the discipline. Tork is proud to be its partner in hygiene solutions.
The Reha Münster Zenter is a state-of-the-art rehabilitation centre. It opened during the beginning of this summer, and its 220 strong workforce means that 250 patients can be treated for several severe conditions, including:
- Neurological diseases (e.g. aftereffects of strokes and heart attacks; chronic diseases like Parkinson’s disease and Alzheimer’s disease; recovery from brain, spinal column and disc surgeries)
- Cardiovascular diseases (e.g. incidence of resistant blood pressure)
- Pulmonic diseases (e.g. chronic asthma as well as care before and after lung operations).
Besides treatments, the clinic also offers the opportunity for relatives to live with the patients in their rooms, which adds to the requirements of user-friendly and multifunctional equipment that can also support a streamlined maintenance process within the huge facility.

All in all, there are more than 500 Tork dispensers spread throughout the 16,000 square meters (172,000 square feet) of the facility. Dispensers can be found in all rooms as well as in the heart of the clinic; its large, state-of-the-art therapy area. The positioning of the dispensers was carefully selected. Before the centre’s opening, Tork also carried out training sessions with the cleaning personnel at the centre.
Besides its medical know-how, the clinic operates with the philosophy that a light, spacious and minimalistic design of the facility, together with the grand views of the surrounding mountains, will contribute to the well-being of clients. The Tork Elevation series of dispensers were carefully selected because of their ability to combine functional design with a minimalistic appearance that harmonizes the clinic’s interior design.
